| Review | Gibby told me how incredible this place was, but I had to see it for myself before I was convinced. The place is a hole in the wall, almost literally. It MIGHT seat 15 up front (where the bar is) and another 30 or so in the back. Beer glasses, old tap handles, and beer posters/signs create the decor of this establishment. The beer selection is the best I've ever seen (I had a Gulden Draak Amber, Black Chocolate Stout, St. Bernardus Abt 12, and Heavy Seas Loose Cannon on draft and a bottle of Sam Adams Triple Bock) with 1000+ beers to choose from. On top of this the cheesesteak was the best I've ever had as well and will be my go-to food when I visit. Sergio himself is a true beer connoisseur and border-line snob (not in a bad way, but DO NOT go and ask for a Natty Ice... it won't be welcomed), but is great to you if you truly appreciate beer. The gentlemen that sat around us at the bar were also extremely friendly and willing to chat it up all night. Great atmosphere and heaven-like for any true beer lover. |

| Review | This is my new favorite place to go have a beer. Sergio's literally has over 1000 beers available to try. The place just moved locations, so there were boxes and such scattered throughout the place. This actually made me feel more welcomed. Sergio himself is super friendly if you are there to have a great beer experience. This place is not for a person trying to decide where to spend a Friday night. This place is for the serious beer drinker. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to try a new beer and will definitely be back several times over. |
